About Jonti

I have worked in many aspects of the catering world starting in my mothers kitchen,to sandwich bars in Australia, pubs in Cornwall, restaurants in London, the luxury world of private yachts and today in private catering.

They have all taught me lessons and techniques making me the chef I am today. The one thing that I would say that has remained throughout  -  is my love of food. For me taking fabulously fresh flavoursome ingredients and enhancing what they are into delicious delights for friends brings me deep joy.


A few plump ripe tomatoes amalgamated with vibrant olive oil, perhaps a hint of heat and a fat clove of garlic is enough to create a “sugo” to coat ribbons of home made tagliatelle, delicious. Take seasonal raspberries and shiny decadent chocolate ganache poured into a light sweet crust shell and dessert is made.


I would love to show you how less can be more. How flavours need to compliment each other not compete.
